| FRIENDS OF THE CRECHE Your Yorel and the Mrs headed out this morning to see the Friends of the Creche http://www.friendsofthecreche.org/ exhibit at the Salt Lake City Radisson. Eh. It was the day open for the public. Otherwise it was $60. Sixty is a lot of bling, so Your Yorel expected this to be a pretty cool outing. But it wasn't. Better nativity collections have been seen in Ohio stake centers. But the sincere, fanatical followers were in force.
One room hosted about one quarter of one man's serious collection created by Polish artisans. Your Yorel like the one's depicting Joseph, the carpenter, apprenticing Jesus.
And this one, just of Joseph, alone. Overall, barely worth the gas money to Salt Lake City.

| OQUIRRH MOUNTAIN TEMPLE Your Yorel went here yesterday. It was a good day.
This is one of the newest temples. It was dedicated last August. Oquirrh is pronounced "oak-er." It is located in South Jordan, Utah. This city has the distinction of being the first ever to be the home of two temples. South Jordan is also the home of the Jordan River Temple. Learn more about temples at http://www.lds.org/temples/home Special temples to Your Yorel are Columbus, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; Washington D.C. Better throw Nauvoo, Illinois in that mix as well. |

| HOUSE PASSES HEALTHCARE Source: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_health_care_overhaul Obama says, it is time to finish the job. He is right. They are finished. The recent elections demonstrated that. A good many of them are toast. Know that snake on the medical symbol? It's going to turn around and bite them. |

| BABY TALK Heard this? Researchers discovered that babies cry with the same "prosody" or melody used in their native language by the second day of life. They did this by recording the cries of 60 babies born to French or German parents. French newborns in the study ended their cries with a lilt at the end typically heard in French. German babies, however, started their cries intensely and dropped off at the end -- much like the emphasis their German parents put in a sentence. Source: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/MindMoodNews/newborns-cry-accent-study-finds/story?id=9006266 That's some pretty smart viable tissue mass. Hey, how are you doing today? Here's a shot Your Yorel took on the way to the bus yesterday. That's the Wasatch Mountains out there that the sun is beginning to break on. Weird cloud formations that day.
OMG MOMENT. Your Yorel doesn't normally watch the news on TV, but it's on right now. A story about how Wall St. is getting H1N1 vaccines before others? Oh, pleeeze. And the local news showed a mother in line to get the shot saying she "doesn't want to die." What a whack-out scare. |

| BARAK HUSSEIN OBAMA, Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm. Hello, real America. Good to see you again. How's that "Hope and Change" working out for you? What's that you say? Seriously? You had no idea that a "fundemental change in America" meant Marxism? Tsk. Tsk. Silly voters. Welcome back to reality Virginia. Welcome back New Jersey. Welcome back so many other places. But now there's serious work to be done. Obama-care must be dealt a death blow. Nutty Maoist must be dispatched. Wacky enviromentalism, the home of socialists, must be exported to other shores. Schools need to be reclaimed. It won't be easy, but welcome back. Together we can. PS Thank you, Ford! Profits = good. Bailed-out, government-losing, tax-payer sucking enterprises = bad. |
